Deleting your DocuAhead account permanently removes your documents, AI analyses, deadlines, reminders, and account settings. This page explains how, and what to do if you can't sign in.
Your uploaded documents and files, AI-generated analyses, deadlines and reminder history, notification and appearance preferences, support tickets, and plan/usage records are all removed as part of account deletion. See our Privacy Policy's "Account and document deletion" section for the full detail, including the order this happens in and what a routine infrastructure backup may still retain for a limited time.
If you can no longer sign in to request deletion yourself, email us from the address on the account (or with enough detail for us to verify you're the account holder) at docuahead@gmail.com
